Toldme User Agreement

Welcome to Toldme ("the App", "we", "our", or "us").
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Toldme mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using Toldme, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction, to use Toldme.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the applicable age requirements;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
• All information you provide is accurate and up to date.

2. Service Description

Toldme is an AI-powered communication assistant designed to help users:

• Generate reply suggestions;
• Analyze conversation context;
• Explore communication styles;
• Practice and improve communication skills.

Toldme does not provide random matching, anonymous social networking, or direct user-to-user messaging services in its current version.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information;
• Keep your login credentials secure;
• Be responsible for activities under your account.

You may not:

• Create accounts using false identity information;
• Share your account with others;
• Use automated tools to access the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Toldme to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, threatening, or defamatory content;
• Violate the rights of others;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service;
• Use the Service for spam, fraud, or illegal purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI-Generated Content

Toldme may generate AI-based communication suggestions and analysis.
You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for reference purposes only;
• AI outputs may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate;
• You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

Toldme does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI outputs for specific situations.

6. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

Toldme may offer virtual credits, premium features, or other digital content through in-app purchases.
All purchases are:

• Processed through Apple's in-app purchase system;
• Final and non-refundable except where required by law or Apple policy.

Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, designs, and technologies related to Toldme are owned by Toldme or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without permission.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate this Agreement;
• Your use creates legal or security risks;
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected.

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no guarantees regarding:

• Continuous availability;
• Error-free performance;
• Accuracy of AI-generated suggestions.

10. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
